Pioneer takes another big step by signing on its own resident CNC programming expert. Richard Sears comes to us with over 15 years of experience in the world of manufacturing. No stranger to lead positions, he has functioned as a foreman in multiple facilities in the Chicago-land area. He’ll be the head of our CNC department.

Richard, better known as Rick, has a wealth of experience turning out parts for OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers. Among the many industries he has served are automotive, medical and telecommunications.

Currently undergoing Lean training and learning the ropes here at Pioneer, he’s a force out on the shop floor. There’s no doubt his infectious spirit will take Pioneer to new heights!
